Stuck in the Snow

Being stuck in the snow reminds me of being stuck in a storm. There many decisions that have to be made before you take a step. But when a snow storm is expected to hit, you really don’t  think it is going to be as bad as they say especially if you are not used to it falling at a specific time. We check the forecast, go out anyway and then there we are stuck in the storm. Sometimes in my case, stranded. No one goes my way or even lives close enough to take me to safety.

So how what’s to learn from this lesson? You never prepared for storm because you think you know the outcome. But the outcome is never what you think when you lean on your own understanding. Just like a snow storm.  So. Just like Moses, Don’t go anywhere or make any decisions without the Presence of God to go before you. Like he told Jehoshaphat, stay back and let Him do the work. Then you will see His Glory in the deliverance.

You know you will fall to storms sometimes in your life. So look to the hills to which cometh your help. Just like Jesus calmed the storm for the disciples, He will do the same for you. Trust Him in His works and ways. Trust that He will be there always. When you need Him and when you feel as though you don’t.

Romans 8:18 says “For I reckon that the
sufferings of this present time are not worthy to
be compared with the glory which shall be
revealed in us.

” I ask myself how did He do it,
make such a sacrifice,and the one’s that He
loved wanted Him crucified, and He knew that
His friends would betray Him, and He knew that
His blood would be shed, He could have put
someone else in His place but instead He said
“Amen” I surrender, Amen my will is yours,
“Amen” I lift my hands and say “Amen”, so I
looked at my test and trials they can’t compare
to his pain, and if he can go through it, surely I
can do the same. Oh Lord, I bless you for all
of the bad, and I bless you for all of the good,
and the place where I stand You have already
stood, “Amen” nevertheless “Amen”, I don’t
understand but “Amen”, Lord I surrender,
“Amen” my soul say “Amen,” this is not about
me Lord, but all about your will, “Amen”

‘Amen’, yeah yeah
Lord I trust you with all of my soul, my soul say
” Amen” Lord I surrender to your will, and I
surrender to your way, there is nothing else to
say but ‘Amen”
You can mold me, You can make me, You can
break me.
And when trouble comes say “Amen” and when
trouble goes say “Amen”
Lord I trust you, with all of my heart and soul.

Psalm 16:2-3

² I say to the Lord, You are my Lord; I have no good beside or beyond You.

³ As for the godly (the saints) who are in the land, they are the excellent, the noble, and the glorious, in whom is all my delight.

In whom is all my delight meaning who I hang out with.  In the world today it is so hard to be so dedicated to finding others who are the saints. It is true that there is nothing better than the love of Jesus. But often times you find yourself alone because its like finding a needle in a hay stack looking for Godly people. So in that time of loneliness review Psalm 16:2. God says in the Bible that “I will be your God and you shall be my people.” And your response should be that of Psalm 16:2. there the relationship will begin. No longer will you have to look for Godly people because Godly people walk with God. They will notice you when they see you. God Speed.

 

God is always watching.

19:7 So let the reverence and fear of the Lord be upon you: take heed at what you do, for there is no injustice with the Lord our God, or partiality or taking of bribes.

BE STRONG ON THIS DAY PEOPLE OF GOD. GOD IS ALWAYS THERE. NEVER DOUBT HIS EXISTENCE. SEEK HIM HE WILL BE FOUND BY YOU. HE WILL NOT SKIP OVER YOU TO GO TO THE NEXT PERSON. HE LOVES YOU. HE MADE MADE YOU. LET HIM LEAD YOU. GOD SPEED.

23:13 and behold there the king stood by his pillar at the entrance, the captains and the trumpeters beside him: and all the people of the land rejoicing and blowing trumpets and the singers with the musical instruments led in the singing of praise.

Exodus 33:11-22

 

¹¹ And the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. Moses returned to the camp, but his minister Joshua son of Nun, a young man, did not depart from the [temporary prayer] tent.

¹² Moses said to the Lord, See, You say to me, Bring up this people, but You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You said, I know you by name and you have also found favor in My sight.

¹³ Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You [progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with You, perceiving and recognizing and understanding more strongly and clearly] and that I may find favor in Your sight. And [Lord, do] consider that this nation is Your people.

¹⁴ And the Lord said, My Presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

¹⁵ And Moses said to the Lord, If Your Presence does not go with me, do not carry us up from here!

¹⁶ For by what shall it be known that I and Your people have found favor in Your sight? Is it not in Your going with us so that we are distinguished, I and Your people, from all the other people upon the face of the earth?

¹⁷ And the Lord said to Moses, I will do this thing also that you have asked, for you have found favor, loving-kindness, and mercy in My sight and I know you personally and by name.

¹⁸ And Moses said, I beseech You, show me Your glory.

¹⁹ And God said, I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim My name, The Lord, before you; for I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy and loving-kindness on whom I will show mercy and loving-kindness.

²⁰ But, He said, You can not see My face, for no man shall see Me and live.

²¹ And the Lord said, Behold, there is a place beside Me, and you shall stand upon the rock,

²² And while My glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by.

²³ Then I will take away My hand and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.

I love this part of Exodus. God talks to Moses FACE TO FACE! Face to Face! On top of that as a friend. Can you imagine talking to God face to face like a friend? How would you talk to Him? Would you be bold and confident like Moses? Or would you be unspeakable? Think about. Pray about. You need to know when the Lord calls you.

A love that was found
In the goodness of the days

See the Deliverance of the Lord

2 Chronicles 20:15-17, 20-22

The Lord says this to you:Be not afraid or dismayed at this great multitude: for the battle is not yours, its God’s. 16 Tommorrow go down to them. Behold they will come up by the Ascent of Ziz,and you will find them at the end of the ravine, before the Wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You shall not need to fight this battle; take you positions, and see the deliverance of the Lord,{Who is with you}, Oh Judah and Jerusalem. Fear not nor be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.

20…..Believe in the Lord your God and you shall be established; believe and remain steadfast to His prophets and you shall prosper. 21 ……he appointed singers to sing to the Lord and praise Him in their holy garments as they went out before the army saying ,”Give thanks to the Lord,for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever!”  22 And when they began to sing and to praise,the Lord set ambushments against the the men……..
